Official Motorola Droid 4 specs surface, Droid Razr adds a QWERTY keyboard Posted: 26 Nov 2011 01:38 PM PST Motorola Droid 4, again, already? Yikes to all who recently purchased a Motorola Droid 3, but official specs on the Motorola Droid 4 have come to light. Droid-Life received a tip containing all the information about the device, and it seems like quite a spec machine. This 4G LTE device will feature a 4-inch display, powered by a 1.2GHz processor, the style of the Droid RAZR and a slide out 5 row QWERTY keyboard with LED edge lighting for the keys. The device features an 8MP camera on the back an HD camera on the front, and requires a special tool to remove the battery door? Just like we are unsure of how we feel abou the need for a special tool to pop the battery door off, we are also unsure of pricing and release time frame, but we can sure hope for soon! Hit the break for the specs breakdown. Source: Droid-Life
Posted: 26 Nov 2011 10:25 AM PST Oh, hello, Moto. When Motorola announced the MOTOACTV, I really didn't know that to think. An Android-based fitness tracker? Aren't there much cheaper apps for that sort of thing? Then the specs came out and it sounded kind of cool. Still, a phone can do everything the MOTOACTV can. So what makes the MOTOACTV special? Is it as useful as Motorola purports it to be, or is it another passing fad in the Android world, destined to be dead on arrival, another product to waste away at the bottom of the bargain bin? I've got an idea, so saddle up, partner, cause you're about to find out.

Rogers shows us what happens when you fire a Motorola RAZR out of an air cannon Posted: 26 Nov 2011 08:59 AM PST
While we could argue that the Verizon Droid RAZR commercials are kind of over the top and really have nothing to do with the phone, Rogers at least stuck to the whole 'RAZR's are sharp' idea. Poor cake -- I could have eaten that.

ASUS Transformer Prime available for pre-order at Best Buy Posted: 26 Nov 2011 07:45 AM PST As certain as we are that a lot of folks are out there taking advantage of all the sales happening right now on tablets for holidays -- we're also certain some will be keeping their money in their pockets just a little bit longer to hold out for the ASUS Transformer Prime. The Tegra 3 powered tablet we recently saw running Ice Cream Sandwich has been hanging out on Amazon for pre-order already but Best Buy has joined the party as well. You can pre-order the upcoming tablet on the Best Buy website for $500 coming in either gray or champagne color. No date is listed for shipment but December isn't a stretch by any means plus, there has been plenty of rumors already calling for December 9th as a specific date for release. |
