Parents of two- to five-year-old kids on a field trip with the Firman Community Services Center Tuesday are calling for accountability from the school after an apparent payment dispute with a bus company caused their children to be stranded at a pumpkin patch for five hours. Parents say several Chicago children and adult chaperones were on a field trip to a pumpkin patch in suburban Homer Glen when the buses that brought the group there left, refusing to take guests from the community center with them, ABC7 Chicago reports.
