Outdoor grilling season is in full swing. But grilling isn't just for burgers and hot dogs. Some of my favorite recipes for the grill have no meat at all. So whether you're planning a big barbecue for the 4th, or you just want an easy weeknight meal, check out these fresh and healthy ideas for the grill.

Low-Fat Savory Chicken Breasts
Chicken breasts are soaked in a savory Asian-inspired marinade then grilled to perfection in this 5-star recipe.

Thai Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Brochettes
This recipe for shrimp skewers is succulent and delicious. Shrimp is combined with pineapple, cherry tomatoes and purple onion for a colorful barbecue treat.

Grilled Peaches
Sweet juicy peaches are grilled, then topped with crunchy toasted walnuts, thinly-shaved Parmesan cheese, then a drizzle of honey in this fresh seasonal dessert.
