MSI has unveiled another one of its upcoming motherboard namely the X79A-GD45 (8D). Based on Intel X79 chipset, the board supports for Intel’s latest Sandy Bridge-E (LGA 2011) processors, and features eight DDR3 memory slots (up to 128GB), three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots, two PCI-Express 2.0 x16 slots and one PCI-Express x1 slot. In terms of connectivity, it offers two SATA 6.0 Gbps, four SATA 3.0 Gbps, four USB 3.0, six USB 2.0 and 7.1 channel audio. Pricing info is still unknown at the moment. [MSI]
