Bill O'Reilly went on David Letterman's show Thursday and gave audiences the most tame Letterman-O'Reilly exchange to date. O'Reilly has been on Letterman's show in the past and clashed. However, Thursday marked a momentous occasion for the two television hosts: a visible display of camaraderie.
