Nichicon Releases The World’s Smallest EV Chargers Posted: 29 Aug 2011 03:10 AM PDT Nichicon Corporation has unveiled the NGQ-202 and NGQ-203 EV chargers, which are claimed to be the world’s smallest and lightest quick chargers for electric vehicle charging. Measuring 59-inch x 13.8-inch x 23.6-inch, these 20-30kW chargers is compatible with the ChAdeMO standard and will work with electric vehicles such as Mitsubishi’s i-MiEV and Nissan’s Leaf. The Nichicon NGQ-202 and NGQ-203 EV chargers are priced at between $24,600 and $27,000 each. [Press Release]
